Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order, you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. We reserve the rights to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Orders

When you create a personal account and password. Protect your password at alltimes and don’t pass it on. You will be held responsible for all purchases made through your user name and password.
Orders on www.iameccu.com have the following process:
You choose the Products;
You enter your payment information and choose a delivery address;

Please double-check that all information is entered correctly.

Authorization of payment;
We send you a confirmation of the receipt of the order by email as soon as the payment has been processed;
We collect the payment from your bank account;
We dispatch the products;
You receive the products.

Complete Orders

Please double-check that all information is entered correctly.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and/or Indonesian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed the next business day subject to availability. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/message with the shipping tracking number.

Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer to our Bank Central Asia account. Details are given to you on the invoice once you put your order.

Images of the products

The presentation of the colors of the Products on this website depends amongst others on the settings of your monitor and the graphic card of the visitor of the website. The colors presented may, therefore, differ from the actual colors of the products.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us at sayaeccu@gmail.com and please indicate your intention in order to return the unsatisfactory product.
Please note the following for approval of returns and exchanges:

  • Product must be in sellable condition with all original tags attached.
  • In the case that the item does not meet customer size requirement,
    it may be returned and exchanged for the same item in the correct size.
  • Discount item can not be Returns & Exchange
  • Please keep proof of transaction (i.e. invoice, etc) and notify our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered from the original condition and tags must be intact on the garment.
  • For returned items, there will be no reimbursement on shipping and handling costs. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation

We will notify the customer if there are any cancellations that might occur.
Reasoning for cancellations:

  • Order inputs that are incorrect or incomplete. Please input the orders correctly.
  • Product out of stock. We will notify customers once the item(s) are restocked.

Please note: Once payment has gone through, customers are not entitled to cancel their order.
